The Village Shops
The Village Shops is an existing property currently under redevelopment to create an appealing and useful center for the surrounding area. This property is a forty-five year old, 15,000 square foot retail plaza which we plan to redevelop into a neighborhood specialty center. The remodel will include a new facade, 4,000 square feet of new retail space, and plush new landscaping and signage. With the remodeling and new additions, our goal is to make this the nicest center in the North Central and Madison neighborhoods. We have worked with the neighbors, city staff and Councilman Greg Stanton's office to integrate their thoughts and ideas into our plans for this property. We hope to break ground in the 4th quarter of this year (2007) with all work being completed in the Spring of 2008. New tenants for this property will be announced shortly.
