The Village Shops
The redevelopment of the Village Shops is helping to transform the Madison neighborhood. This property is a forty-five year old, 15,000 square foot retail plaza that was completely remodeled in 2008. The remodel includes a new facade, 4,000 square feet of new retail space, and plush new landscaping and signage. The addition of Paradise Bakery has given the neighborhood a central meeting venue. With the remodeling and new additions, the goal is to make this the nicest center in the North Central and Madison neighborhoods. We have worked with the neighbors, city staff and Councilman Greg Stanton's office to integrate their thoughts and ideas into our plans for this property.
