The Met
Located on the southeast corner of Chandler Boulevard and Hearthstone Way, Lawrence & Geyser Development Corp. successfully purchased 12 acres of land for the Metropolitan of Chandler. It was entitled for retail space, underground parking, and approximately 300 condominiums. It was sold to Statesman Group September 2007.
