Downtown Ocotillo
Downtown Ocotillo brings a new flare to the city of Chandler. Located on the corner of Queen Creek and Dobson Rd. the twenty-five acre site will combine residential and commercial uses to create a vibrant, exciting new community resembling the charm and flare of a Santa Barbara main street.

The Met
For great shopping, dining, living and working, the perfect destination is the Metropolitan of Chandler. Located on the southeast corner of Chandler Boulevard and Hearthstone Way, The Metropolitan provides all of life's essentials in one classy location.

The Village Shops
The Village Shops is an existing property that we are currently redeveloping to create an appealing and useful center for the surrounding area. This property is a forty-five year old, 15,000 square foot retail plaza which we plan to redevelop into a neighborhood specialty center.
Alma School & Ocotillo
Although this two tenant center does not have a name it more than makes up for it in color and design. Located on the northwest corner of Alma School and Ocotillo Road in Chandler you will find this beautiful building and two exciting tenants: Anytime Fitness and D'Vine Wine Bar & Bistro. Anytime Fitness features a professionally designed fitness facility that provides an encouraging atmosphere along with the highest quality equipment. Currently under construction, Dobson Town Place is set to open in the 2nd quarter of 2008. Dobson Town Place will consist of five single story office buildings. Dobson Town Place is located on Queen Creek and Alma School in the heart of Ocotillo and a mile from the Santan Highway (Loop 101).
