Downtown Ocotillo

Downtown Ocotillo brings a new flare to the city of Chandler. Located on the corner of Queen Creek and Dobson Rd. the twenty-five acre site combines a beautiful retail shopping plaza in an integrated mixed use environment to create a vibrant, exciting new community resembling the charm and flare of a Santa Barbara main street.

12th & Glendale

The Village Shops

The redevelopment of the Village Shops is helping to transform the Madison neighborhood. This property is a forty-five year old, 15,000 square foot retail plaza that was completely remodeled in 2008. The remodel includes a new facade, 4,000 square feet of new retail space, and plush new landscaping and signage.

7th Ave/McDowell

This remodel and addition is one of the most exciting retail projects in Central Phoenix. This historic property is located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix historic districts on the northeast corner of 7th Avenue and McDowell Road. The Hurley Plaza remodel should begin in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Although this two tenant center does not have a name it more than makes up for it in color and design. Anytime Fitness features a professionally designed fitness facility that provides an encouraging atmosphere along with the highest quality equipment. D'Vine is a lively wine bar and bistro that offers a generous menu selection featuring tapas, sandwiches and full entrees. For the wine enthusiast D'Vine has an extensive by the glass wine selection, which can be enjoyed in the restaurant or on the patio.

University Towers

Across the street from Arizona State University's Sun Devil Football Stadium and within steps of the light rail station on College Avenue is the home office of Lawrence & Geyser Development Corporation.
