Spike Lawrence
Spike Lawrence is co-founder of Lawrence & Geyser Development and an Arizona native. After graduating from Arizona State University with a BA in History, Spike went to work as a stockbroker. After two years as a stockbroker he, with longtime friend Jeff, decided to start Lawrence & Geyser Development. Spike is deeply involved with property acquisitions, disposition and leasing.
Spike is an active member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds and The President's Club of ASU. He is a board member of First Fidelity Bank and The Masters of Real Estate Development Program at Arizona State University. Spike lives in Chandler with his wife and two daughters.
Jeff Geyser
Jeff Geyser is a co-founder of Lawrence & Geyser Development and a life-long Arizona resident. He is involved in all aspects of the company's business, including acquisition, development, re-development, financing, planning and construction. Since 1994, he has been involved to some degree in each of Lawrence & Geyser's projects.
Jeff received a B.A. from Harvard University in 1991 and a J.D. from Arizona State University. He lives in Phoenix with his wife Lisa and two sons. Jeff and Lisa endowed the Geyser Family Scholarship at Arizona State which provides financial aid to students from local high schools.
Mara Maloney
Mara has been with Lawrence & Geyser Development Corp. since 2003. She has been employed in various capacities of the commercial real estate industry for over fifteen years, with an emphasis on leasing, accounting/finance and property management. She has had her Arizona Real Estate License since 1997.
Mara was raised in Arizona and is a graduate of Arizona State University. She is married with two boys.
Megan Genualdi
Megan has been with Lawrence & Geyser Development Corp. since 2007. She is involved in accounting, leasing, and property management for the company. Megan was raised in Michigan and recently graduated from Arizona State University.
Awards
Lawrence & Geyser has been awarded six beautification awards for projects in and out of Arizona. These awards include: Tempe Beautification Award for the Tempe Optometrics Building in 1997, Tempe Beautification Award Honorable Mention for Warner Executive Center in 2000, City of Chandler Architectural Excellence Benchmark Award for The Falls in Ocotillo in 2003, City of Chandler Architectural Merit Award for The Falls in Ocotillo in 2004 and an award for Euclid Plaza in San Diego California.
