Downtown Ocotillo
Downtown Ocotillo brings a new flare to the city of Chandler. Located on the corner of Queen Creek and Dobson Rd. the twenty-five acre site will combine residential and commercial uses to create a vibrant, exciting new community resembling the charm and flare of a Santa Barbara main street. The scenery will include tree-lined boulevards, pedestrian paths with rows of cypress trees, and a sequence of water features and courtyards. These features will intertwine and compliment the unique and sophisticated architecture of the commercial and residential buildings.
The commercial area will consist of retail shops, specialty grocers, and restaurants; all minutes away from the surrounding city of Chandler. The retail shops will offer a plethora of options that will appeal to everyone's interests, needs and tastes. The specialty grocer will provide visitors with the convenience of a neighborhood grocery store, and the essentials needed for home cooking. Aside from being able to buy food for the home, visitors will be able to enjoy delectable food from a variety of dining options. Downtown Ocotillo will include sit-down restaurants as well as take-out restaurants which will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, making it easy for visitors to enjoy a delicious meal anytime of the day.
