Downtown Ocotillo


Downtown Ocotillo brings a new flare to the city of Chandler. Located on the corner of Queen Creek and Dobson Rd. the twenty-five acre site combines a beautiful retail shopping plaza in an integrated mixed use environment to create a vibrant, exciting new community resembling the charm and flare of a Santa Barbara main street. The scenery includes tree-lined boulevards, pedestrian paths with rows of cypress trees, and a sequence of water features and courtyards. These features intertwine and compliment the unique and sophisticated architecture of the commercial and residential buildings.

The commercial area consists of retail shops, specialty grocers, and restaurants; all minutes away from the surrounding city of Chandler. The retail shops offer a plethora of options that appeal to everyone’s interests, needs and tastes. The specialty grocer provides visitors with the convenience of a neighborhood grocery store, and the essentials needed for home cooking.
