Jeff Geyser and Spike Lawrence formed Lawrence & Geyser Development Corp. in 1994 with a clear vision. As native Arizonans, Spike and Jeff take pride in creating developments, which benefit the neighborhoods and communities where they live. Whether in project design, construction or tenant selection, they are personally involved in all aspects of a project to ensure the vision is achieved.
The majority of Lawrence & Geyser projects are in the metropolitan Phoenix area, although we have developed sites around the state of Arizona, California and Oklahoma. We have developed and re-developed over 1.2 million square feet in over 40 properties. The company's focus is developing new mixed-use projects and breathing new life into existing, aging buildings by repositioning and re-tenanting these properties. Lawrence & Geyser projects have earned six beautification awards for enhancing neighborhoods.
With every Lawrence & Geyser project, the ideas, opinions and advice of the neighbors is solicited before and during the development process. By doing so, we are able to create the most convenient, sophisticated, and valuable centers for the area.
Our community involvement does not end when construction is complete. Lawrence & Geyser also acts as property managers for our projects in order to guarantee the future of the development will meet its vision for the community and continue to represent the neighborhood positively.
